Works exactly as intended
As expected and intended. Bought the black and as another reviewer noted, you don’t see the keyboard’s lights shine through, so it’s a little bit of a guessing game to know if your Caps lock is on or off. Or if you like to work in darker environments the keyboard lights are significantly dimmer. But there is a clear option as well if you’re concerned. It’s very thin and sits comfortably on top of the keys. It’s shaped to fit them perfectly (make sure to check the compatible models). It doesn’t move or slide around. And it doesn’t hinder closing the laptop.Typing feels a little softer now. And, the clicking noise is muted which is nice. I type with a lot of pressure and recently had my keyboard replaced because I wore the lettering off of maybe 10 keys. I’m certain this will help greatly.

It's Good For protection but...
It fits the keyboard perfectly. Oh yeah- right, sorry! My Dell XPS 15s' 9520 & 9530 + my lil bro copped a sweet deal on backmarket for an XPS 15 9510 (I think - it's the one before my old one/the 2022 9520/ the one with the Alder Lake i9 12900K, before the Raptor Lake, -- anyway yeah, so it fits well and really does makes the keys silent. It feels good and it's protection has been flawless.1 problem: 2 actually-- I got the a few of these, and the TPU is definitely more protective, but wears out and costs more than the other ones - K then the black one, looks dope AF on the silver and black carbon, but yo! #1 it covers up the CAPS lock light. So I have no idea when it is on or isn't- at least when typing passwords etc., without lifting it up-- so there's that... Número Dos: is regardless of the color-- the fingerprint unlock on the power key is covered, so-- yep no dice on using it... I use external keyboards and monitors most of the time, but when I am booting up, or rebooting for a install/update etc., it's a pain in the beehind... I seen ppl who exacto knifed the beeotch corner key right off like a cartel wedding, but of course I tried to do that with my own razor switch blade, and ended up with a ruined one - knife slipped on me, ran rut down the effin thing, taking the fingerprint key the fingerprints, and then a line from the northwestern border of the letter P to the Southeastern side of B. PB wiped off the face of the map. What's next, Jelly?!?!? ヽ༼⁰o⁰;༽ノSO... otherwise -- oh yeah the "clear" is anything else but... it's a cloudy off white or something. And while i t serves it's purpose the same - and in fact you can at least see the caps look light on - it just doesn't look right. But overall, Cost considering -I... recommend...

Cute and functional keyboard cover
Overall this was a good buy, it fit my Dell computer keyboard perfectly. It has helped keep out the dirty and moisture. I get quite a few compliments on the fun rainbow color. It does blow off in the wind and stick to the screen when I open the computer, I've had keyboard covers for other computers that don't do this, but I don't know if it is the cover or the keyboard design at fault.

I was skeptical when I ordered this...
Keyboard cover for XPS 15--Honestly I didn't think it would be a great item, but I knew that over time my new laptop would get dust and grunge in the keyboard, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's GREAT! It fit my Dell xps15 beautifully and basically disappeared once on. Typing, I don't even notice it being there and the backlit keyboard is still just as easy for these old eyes to see as without. Definitely a worthwhile item to have for just a little money.

Fits The Bill
I was suddenly having a lot of trouble typing on my laptop and was becoming increasingly concerned. Did I have a brain tumor? Was I going senile? Are my hands becoming arthritic? Nope, just needed a new laptop cover as the old one got crazy warped over time. Turned out I needed a $5 fix to replace it and I'm back in business! If you think you're also dying because you can't complete a simple sentence on the computer, try replacing your keyboard cover before you start revising you last will.

Worked great for Precision 5550
Worked great for Precision 5550 - except for 2 issues noted in other reviews (caps-lock light not visible, fingerprint scanner covered)
