A Pickleball Must Have!
I really like this racquet. The grip is nice and solid and has a great feel to it. I have a graphite racquet and like it, but I like a little heavier racquet, so I bought this one. Yep, there is a little more of a "ping" with this racquet, but this is really minor compared to all its pluses....It is extremely well-made: great handle with good grip, rubber edging is nicely conformed around the paddle, it's well balanced. This paddle is well worth the money. I highly recommend this paddle.

Sturdy well made Racquet
Great racquet! Very sturdy and well made. A little on the heavy side racquet. Hand grip size was a little to large for my small hands. This is third racquet we have purchased from PickleballCentral. Was a good racquet for a beginner . Arrived damaged, but ordered another one with no problems, refunded money back as soon as the item was mailed back.

Paddle with POP!
Arrived on Friday afternoon and I played in my first doubles tournament that evening. After playing with a heavier plywood paddle, this paddle is a big step up. Much more "feel" and power (pop). Easier to control shots. The paddle is cut from a composite panel with aluminum faces and internal plastic corrugations which act compositely to give the paddle face stiffness and strength. The aluminum facing is thin, probably to keep it reasonably light. When the ball is struck, the panel with the internal plastic corrugations and aluminum faces acts like a drum and makes a rather loud popping sound, which I like, but was remarked upon by other players. I'm not sure why, but the face of the paddle has accumulated quite a few very small dents or dimples; probably from hitting the ball hard. I'm pleased with the way the paddle plays. It looks like it will be both durable and high performance. It appears to be very well made. The grip is large, but that's good for me.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND PRICE POINT
This is a winner beginner paddle for someone just starting out. My wife is a beginner Pickle Ball player, and she loves the feel of this paddle - good handle width, light weight, solid composite construction. I would highly recommend this product for novice or beginning players at this price point.

Not a Fan of this Paddle
This paddle is embarrassing to bring to the court and I can't wait for my new paddle to arrive. Then I can throw this one into the wall and get the only enjoyment out of it I've had since I owning it. I would recommend spending the money on a better paddle and avoid this one. The rubber around the edges are annoying and kill the ball if it makes contact. I'm a beginner to pickleball and thought it was smart to save a little money on my first paddle. I should have just went with my gut and spent the extra cash on a better paddle I can grow into as a player.

Decent first pickle ball paddle for the price
Decent first pickle ball paddle for the price Being new to the sport and only have used a wooden paddle, I am OK with this paddle. I still haven't played with more expensive paddles and I may not want to yet as it may force me to spend more money. A few comments: 1. People comment on the sound when hitting the ball. It's more of a hollow or thud noise, unlike the more tinny noise of some paddles 2. The neoprene edge is thick compared to the edge on some other paddles I've seen on the courts 3. The shape does taper in a bit from the top. I didn't notice this when I was looking at the pictures before buying. But, looking back at the pictures now, I can see it. 4. This is not the lightest paddle. Seem just a little bit lighter than the wooden ones I was using. 5. The grip is more like an oval shaped (like a smooshed pipe) than it is a circle. I don't know if this is how other paddles are, but it is certainly different that the wooden ones. 6. Speaking of the handle, it is small/short for my big hands. I now play with my index finger extended onto the face of the paddle Also a couple of things that are totally just nitpicking, but may say something about the workmanship... 1. The bottom of the grip is on crooked. Not a big deal at all and doesn't affect play, but when you stand it up on a table or something, the paddle is leaned to the side a bit. 2. The tape around the top of the handle (where your index figure and thumb are) just seems a bit haphazardly taped. Again, not a big deal but did bug me at first especially after spending the amount of money on a paddle.

Great paddle for the money
Great paddle for the money. I am a beginner player and this paddle is good for my use. Perhaps one day will try one of the more expensive paddles to see what the difference might be but for now this one is perfect.
