I started trying this out, because I was having issues with swollen feet and ankles. I was getting a bit nervous that I would end up with some unnatural medicines. I am a firm believer in herbal medicine, so I thought I would give it a try.Well, much to my surprise, my feet and ankles have gone back to near normal as before. I don't know how long it takes, but I have been drinking this twice a day for a few weeks now. I see major changes in that and possibly a few other things that my body also benefited by using this.The taste is a little sweet, but it's only 30 ml per dose. I stock up on this, because I don't want swollen feet and ankles. I think some of my body aches are also gone, but I recommend it for what the product is described for. It only works if you use it!
