New Star Foodservice Stainless Steel Steak Knife, 4.5-Inch Rounded Serrated Blade with Plastic Handle, Set of 12

I wanted to add to my collection from sams club (no longer available). Know they were lot expensive. These knives, in my opinion are too flexible. In cutting a tomato, the slices were uneven due to the flexing. In an onion, the blade wouldn’t even cut a thin slice. It just skimmed the edge. It would however, cut a larger slice but not evenly and with much difficulty. In cutting meat on a plate, the tip serration would grab at the plate vs cutting the meat. I had to angle the knife horizontally.I’ll send these to good will and try again. I won’t keep them.

I love these knives. I ordered the second time and plan to order more for my grandsons. They are sharp.

I have been looking for some simple everday utility knives and finally found these. They are not too long,just right for cutting fruit, slicing vegetables ,especially tomatoes. They are stainless steel and should hold up well in the dishwasher.

Good quality. Being used in the business office lunch room. Work as they should. Would order again.

I use these a lot for different things and they seem to be pretty good.

Good sharp serrated steak knives. Comfortable handle to grip. Good length of blade. Blades flex a bit too easily when pushing hard while cutting tougher things, but otherwise a solid affordable choice.
