The item arrived damaged
The item that contains food and is not eligible for a return arrived open. The package from outside was not damaged it means it wasn’t due to poor packaging or transportation. It was already packed like that!!!

Stale taste
Groats have a stale taste and are nearing expiration date. The bag does not have an airtight seal, which is probably why the product spoiled.
