Excellent clarity, and unbelievable price.
I have purchased hearing aids for as much as $2800.00 for one and have bought several low cost aids/amplifiers from Amazon with varying degrees of success. My main problem is clarity rather than volume. These are by far the best ones I have ever used. I only need one as there is no eardrum in the left ear. I just ordered another set which will give me 3 spares in case of loss or damage. Considering my age (79) and overall health, that should be enough to last me the rest of my life

As far as hearing improvement is concerned, they exceeded my expectaions. I bought them to improve my hearing at theatres and watching TV when staying at hotels and resorts. I do have another set of pricey hearing aids but given mask requirements for covid I am in fear of losing or damaging them with the on and off of the masks. Indoors the these perform as well as my pricey aids and will cost tens of $s not thousands of $s to replace. Both sets are over the ear style and new ones are much bulkier and the settings are very easy to disturb so I find every time I remove them, I have to adjust then before putting them back on. My only other complains are that the instructions they come with were not written by a person who has English as a first language and are quite garbled and the light is suppose to off as the instructions say, then it takes more than 12 hrs to recharge them as the green light is still on. I did not charge them when they arrived and both lasted a long time - this is first recharge. I did one at a time and while the green light never went off the first aid did recharge and after 10 hrs of use is still going strong. This one I am going to leave pluuged in till green light goes off or for 24hrs,

Impressive pair of hearing aids. The price was considerate less than at the doctors office. They are just as well constructed as the ones we tried on at his office. They work great. Easy to adjust volume and have four different ear plugs to fit your ears. Seem very durable. Very pleased

Mom lost her $3000 hearing aides. 2nd time she has lost them so insurance would cover this time. She needed something so I tried these. Incredible value. As soon as she put them on she smiled. Honestly I think they work better than the $3000 ones. Her ear canal is messed up from surgery a few years ago so the adapters that come with these helped to ensure a tight fit. They took like 5 min to set up. These are a great value!!

Hearing amplifiers worked 4 months
Bought in October and bought insurance. Neither one works now. Won't charge. Nothing. I contacted insurion. Guy said go to seller on amaxon. Then I get an email from them that amazon will refund or replace. Well amazon site says the time passed jan 31. How exactly am I to get a refund?

My Dad has been suffering from hearing loss for a while now but didnt want to have to drop 1000's of dollars on hearing aids. I ordered him these had him put them in turn around where he couldnt read my lips and whispered and for the first time in forever he actually heard me. Lets just say there was a bunch of grown folks jumping up and down. I would buy this 100xs over!!!!! Life Changers for sure!!!
