MGN12 Linear Rail Guide 300mm Linear Sliding Guideway with MGN12H Sliding Block for 3D Printer and CNC Machine (H-Type)

I'm a CNC machinist and know good and bad quality rails and these are probably 8 out of 10 quality. Put them on my ender 3v2 for Y Axis and printed rail attachments to fit them to it.

THE PACKAGING WAS THE BEST I'VE SEEN OR RECEIVED FROM CHINA OR THE USA...HIGH DENISITY OPEN CELL FOAM COVERED THE RAIL AND CARRAIGES....DEFECT FREE FROM CHINA...AND, THE LINEAR BEARING RAIL AND CARRAIGES WORK WELL TOO. JOHN HARRA

were missing balls in every one of 3 and would have binding when reversing directions, they have very little preload so they have deflection and will freefall when clean. I replaced all the balls with g10 and they are ok enough for my z axis now

Solid rails for my ender 3 so far. Got 2 more for the y axis, working great.

Even after multiple attempts of disassembling,cleaning, relubing, it just does not slide smooth, I can feel the ball bearings catching every quarter of a inch which leads me to believe that the ball bearings are out of spec and not round at all. I’ve bout several from another vendor and they are like butter!! Unfortunately I can not recommend these rails to anyone!

This linear rail is part of my z axis on a cnc router. It works just as intended. For the price it is a great product.
