The ice pack's cooling performance was not as robust as anticipated, and its thermal retention was limited. After freezing for 2-4 hours, it provided approximately 30 minutes of effective cooling. As this is my first experience with an ice pack of this type, I am unsure if this performance is typical, leading to a 4-star rating. However, from a practical application standpoint, I would rate its utility at 3 stars.
