I’ve been taking two of these a day for 3, maybe 4, months now. First of all, I LOVE the taste and wish I could eat a handful at a time. They are delicious. Second, I get blood work done every 2-3 weeks and my b12 went from well below “normal” to now being on the high end of “normal”. I am super impressed. The price is great for a months supply. I’ve tried several b12 supplements in the past and none compared to the quality of these.

I don't know what they put in these, but they taste amazing. They're like sweet cherries, maybe with a little cherry. The B12 is great, but I often cannot help myself from eating too many. If you need B12, these are a great choice.

I thought I noticed a noticeable (but not significant) improvement in my energy level after taking this product. In addition, it is concerning that the product is, unfortunately, in a plastic container; packaging matters too.

I recently started getting very sensitive to B12 vitamins as a tablet or pill, i would get nauseous so in return I avoided taking them, but being that I’m not a big red meat eater I knew I needed to find a way to get my B12 vitamin so i got this in wholefoods and loved it and ever since I’ve been buying them from Amazon. They taste pretty good too. I’ll keep taking them and next time I have my blood drawn, I’ll have them check my levels and if it is low I’ll come back and take away stars and update my review.

I like this b12 vitamins because i can feel the real difference on others brands, i took my two gummies and i can feel my energy.

This brand is the best for my required B12. Taste is good for a gummie.
