I bought this because I like that premade Indian made meal from Costco called Tikka Chicken Masala so I wanted to learn how to make it.

I had a recipe for Spicy Cashews that called for this spice. It is delightful, lots of flavor and not too hot. I am looking for more recipes that use it.

The product came fast and well wrapped. I already used to cook Chickpeas Masala (as one of the spices called in the recipe). It tasted delicious, served with White rice.

Good stuff

I bought this to try and make Tandoori Chicken. I have made this in the past with some very red Tandoori powder mix that is no longer available. When ordered in an Indian restuarant Tandoori Chicken comes looking pretty red! This powder is not red and does not seem to have the right "tandoori" flavour that I remember. Still, my chicken attempt with it was OK. I will continue to look for an alternative.
