These are tiny and tasteless. My doctor wanted me on Vit B. I was taking some very large capsules, but they had a bad flavor. They did help me a lot, but I am happier taking a smaller pill with no flavor. I have not had another blood test since starting these, but I can update this review if they are not as effective.
