Neural review as can’t feel any benefit after a year of taking them. I have borderline B12 deficiency but sadly can’t get injection from NHS after a year of taking these my reading still borderline down to the fact these pass through the gut and benefits then lost. I won’t be buying more but feel free to try for yourself
