Absolutely perfect. Have been looking and trying to get the right one for a long time. I have had four back surgeries with a steel rod and now arthritis in neck and spine. Also other medical issues. The most comfortable, sofe and firm making great combination and well worth the money. Thank you for helping this 73 year old senior woman finally get the help I needed for a long time.

These pillows are the perfect mix of soft and sturdy. They conform to your head and neck with exactly the correct balance to be supportive but also without deflating and losing their shape. After I ordered them and experienced how amazing they were I ordered another set for my daughter, who also absolutely loves them.

I actually like the pillow, in spite of it not being made of actual memory foam. It’s made of a light foam that springs back into shape quickly. That being said, I found the pillow to be very comfortable, although a bit over stuffed. That’s easily corrected, because the pillow is zippered and can be easily opened, to remove some of the filling. Make a third pillow out of it!

These are substantial pillows once you fluff them up as suggested by the maker. However, they do conform to one's neck and head firmly. I am impressed by the overall quality though I have yet to launder the covers. Update: After a week's use I am even more impressed. Initially I bought these to read with as back support. I have also discovered that they are the best I have used for cervical spine support. I wake with far less pain and I don't wake up continually during the night. As they are adjustable as to their firmness and loft I would think anyone could make them "perfect" for their own purpose with a little modification. I have never been particularly impressed with a pillow but this is an exception. It is an exceptional value in the double pack.

These pillows are generously filled!! Can easily remove filling as it is a shredded foam with fiberfill and then adjust to your comfort/firmness. They are super comfortable. The covers are a jersey fabric stitched in honeycomb pattern results in a very nice quality. Only issue was a stuck zipper on the one cover. (purchased 4) I expect to get many years of use! Very happy.

If these pillows come back in stock I'm buying them again they're fun to fill up and you can decide how full or how thin you want your pillow and they last a long time if they start flattening just take out some of the fluffing and rip it apart a lil and put the rest back in the pillow is magical and such a big recommendation from me

This pillow is very comfortable but the cooling effect doesn't last very long.

My husband has struggled for years with neck and back pain while sleeping. Searching for a holiday gift, I came upon this pillow and figured "what the heck, worth a try", although I held out little hope. After many restless nights, my husband is finally able to get a good night's sleep!He calls it a miracle; I have to agree. As to my experience with the pillow, I never slept better! The ability to clean this pillow easily is a much-appreciated bonus, especially in these health conscious times. Kudos!
