Works the same as the brand name at a much lower price.
This works as well as Miro 128 with a much lower price, and my eye surgeon approved of it. Due to the fact that it's a hypertonic solution it does burn when it's initially used, but the brand name would burn the same. This is used for Fuchs dystrophy of the cornea. People with Fuchs dystrophy typically have swollen corneas and sometimes have microscopic blisters on the surface of the cornea due to the corneas retaining excess water. The swelling cornea can cause blurring of vision, and getting rid of some of the fluid can help the vision for several hours at a time. The hypertonic salt solution removes some of the water through osmosis.

Very good product and a terrific price
Generic for Muro 128. Works same for me.

A great budget solution
My eye doctor said I needed to use Muro123 several times a day for eye health. Muro123 can become expensive for folks on a budget. I researched the characteristics of Muro and found this: A sterile saline solution formulated for eye care. I've used it for several months to good effect and don't need to be stingy in my usage. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality to cost ratio
These are exactly the same as B&L $25 version. Excellent for those with dry eyes caused by electrolyte imbalances.

Great value
These eye drops seem to help for my prescribed condition. They do burn. I only use one day in each eye at night before bed. I do recommend these as a purchase. They are a great value for the product.

Much Better Price Than Name Brand For The Same Quality
I was a little skeptical at first about trying a non name brand version of this product but because of the price difference I figured I'd give it a try. Was very impressed with this. Works exactly as the name brand stuff. I see some people in the reviews complaining that it burns their eyes. To me this is no different that what I experienced with the name brand and was already warned by my eye doctor (who prescribed this), that you will feel some slight burning (which doesn't last long). Overall a very good product so far.
