I use these eyedrops for Fuchs’ Dystrophy and they work very well. They do produce a burning sensation, but it only lasts a few seconds. I usually only need them in the morning, but sometimes need to use again in the evening.

Okay, this is, as the name suggests, hypertonic saline for use in the eyes. The way I use this, according to my eye doctor's instructions, I go through one in about three weeks. I can't tell any difference from the name brand, but it is much more affordable.
