This is our second label dispenser. First one was hard to set up to work on our labels. This one was very easy and worked well. However, after only 3 months the motor burned out.

We have ran 1000s of labels through this machine and has performed well!A tremendous time saver... Takes a bit to set up perfectly but after its setworks great!

Works as advertised, except has a big safety issue. I have run hundreds of labels thru this and they all dispensed fine. The only complaint is the dangerous method they chose to use to retain the liner on the rewind shaft. You could very easily get your finger in the opening and if the device actuated it would literally break or tear your finger off. See included pics of this poor design. Now on the plus side, I have designed a safe alternative that can be easily 3D printed and substituted without any modifications to the base unit. I suggest if you use this in a setting with varied operators, do not use the device as delivered.

Piece of junk. Wish I had bought someone else's product. Called START International and they just hung up on me!!

Worked as described and definitely improved efficiency of applying stickers on the production line.Reasons for not getting 5 stars:-Bracket that holds the roll of stickers often becomes loose causing the roll to fall down. A locking mechanism could certainly improve this.-Sometimes the stickers would drift to the side of the photo eye and we would end up with a pile of stickers on the floor. An automatic shut off after a few seconds of continuous running would help.-The bar that helps to keep the waste strip in line falls off easily and can quickly become lost in a manufacturing environment. Either send replacements with the product or make it so it cannot be removed.

Awesome label machine--well worth the price.

We Love this dispenser. Made in USA and Truly an Industrial machine. We like that the dispenser can adjust to our different size labels and can accommodate our different materials as well. We have tried other label dispensers and this is the only machine that has lasted. Other dispensers, made in asia or cheaper construction fell apart or stopped working.... START International offers incredible service, they happily answered all of my questions even though I bought from Amazon. Thumbs UP!! Highly Recommend!
