Great tool!
Great tool! This product help me teach the concept of amperage and verified the Amp Meter reading.

Good little meters
I put them in a plastic case and monitor the current my inverters use. It tells me what the battery voltage is so I got a pretty good idea how much charge I have left and how much current that I'm using.

Wiring diagram is poor
The wiring diagram is non sensical the ammeter only works for a single test of the circuit the. Never again

Seller worked with me to fix bad Current measurements.
This package comes with 2 meters and 2 shunts. The first meter would only display "0.00 Amps" with 2.5 Amps of current. The second meter did display a reading but it was only displaying "0.05 Amps". The voltage readings were close only being off by about a tenth of a volt, with an applied voltage of 16 Volts. The seller contacted me in effort to resolve issues. The display that would only display "0.00 Amps" started working when the calibration control was adjusted (apparently a bad contact on the control). The other still displayed a bad current reading. The seller was very good in working with me to resolve the issue with the second unit.

Arrived USED!
Not only was the order incomplete (no shunt resistors), but the packages were open. After applying 12VDC, neither unit displayed anything. The replacements ordered/exchanged from Amazon appear to be complete and work correctly.

Great unit for the price!
Worked as expected.

The meter had to be calibrated
One meter worked well. The other meter could not be calibrated on the current side. Voltage was accurate. Amperage wasn't close. Tried to get it to adjust, and it would not. I tried to contact Aideepen and they did not answer me. I have used these meters before but now I may try to find something else. Problem is I already had the square hole cut in my chassis. I guess you get what you pay for.

Must use external power supply to measure amps accurately
I got this to see what the voltage was and amp draw was from my power supply that powers 2 ham radios and 1 cb radio. I originally wired it up to be powered off the circuit I was measuring. It seemed accurate at first, however when I would key one radio up it would measure 9.7 amps. To see how much 2 radios pulled I keyed 2 up at the same time and it dropped to 3amps. Wired it up using an external power supply and now the amps are dead accurate. I would order a small 12V wall wart power supply that comes with a hard wire adapter. I just happened to have one already and it works perfect.

Easy to wire if you have some basic electronics skills
I used one to replace a broken gauge in my automotive battery charger. It was a perfect fit for the cutout in the front panel. The shunt resistor must be properly secured to the cabinet which requires some drilling. I am going to install the second one on my workbench power supply. Happy with my purchase.

WARNING: This measures current on the NEGATIVE SIDE. Read wiring diagram closely.
WARNING: This measures current on the NEGATIVE SIDE. Read wiring diagram closely. If your circuit requires all of your circuit to be bonded to ground - both the power supply and the load, then this unit WILL NOT WORK.For this unit to work, either(1) your power supply output can be bonded to ground but not your load.(2) your load can be bonded to ground, but not your power supply output.Study the wiring diagram closely.

Not accurate readings
Voltage is about 10% off and Amp readings about 5-10% as well.Unfortunately I did not find out until I had them installed. Its too late now for me to remove them…Hopefully it will last.

Only accurate within 5%, needs a separate power source too
The volt meter is pretty accurate however the amp meter is off by about 5% at 2 amps. Also you must supply the meter with its own separate power if you want it to work properly ie. not the source you are trying to measure.

Crap
Dont waste your money. I ordered two. No clear wiring diagram. They dont work anyways.
