Rather large capsules but easy to swallow . Definately made a difference to my skins appearance. Skin looks plumper and healthier .Will be ordering my 3rd bottle soon . Only negative , 2nd bottle had 119 capsules but still a great product

These collagen capsules were recommended to me by a friend so I was interested in adding them to my routine. It’s still quite difficult to properly assess the results, as supplements like this usually take a while to show any noticeable difference. The main downside for me is the size of the capsules, they are very large and can be hard to swallow. I’ve found the easiest way is to take them with a spoonful of yoghurt, which makes them go down much more comfortably.

Repeat order noticeably less painful joints, healthier hair and nails. Easy to take no after taste.

I myself have not noticed a huge difference, but my partner has. Her skin feels super soft and we both attribute that to this product. She does take four a day where I only take two so that might account for the difference. Would recommend.
