I have to say, I am pretty thrilled with this product and its customer service. My mom recently returned my last TV wireless headset a week ago, and as much as I would have liked to return the product to simply get my 100$ back, I can’t, bc I have been so impressed! I’d rather sell the other headset online and keep This product. The product itself is top notch. Easy install, don’t have to be a tech genius, sound clarity is fantastic, the value for the money is certainly there. I purchased the product bc I work from home and I wanted my daughter to be able to watch tv without me getting in trouble at work. Success! However, I did notice that when the headset is in use the tv still has sound playing. Although that was unexpected, it’s no big deal. As long as she mutes the Tv we are all good. Before this tired mama could take the time to read the manual to see if there is a way around this, BOOM, I get a wonderfully unexpected email from the seller asking if I have any questions. Amazing! I was able to ask them about this and they gave valuable solutions. I highly recommend this product and company!!!

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Item arrived in great condition and just as described. Let me start by saying my wife likes to watch TV in bed before falling asleep, but I need to go to sleep when I go to bed. It was a struggle until we discovered this wonderful company and their products. A few years ago we bought the AVANTREE OPERA Headphones. They were awesome. Those hang on a tree holder to charge during the day. Recently my wife complained that she could feel on the top of her head where there was not any foam at the spot where they hung. We looked once again on Amazon and were happy to find this same brand AVANTREE also made this set which sits in a cradle to charge, thus allowing the foam to cover the entire headphone across the top of her head. THESE WORK GREAT. Easy to set-up and install. Quick to charge. Sounds great. Very comfortable on the head. Only had them a week, so can not speak on how long they will survive, but like I mentioned the OPERA version we have is still going strong years later. But, when we use them they are on her head. When she's done, she gets up to use the restroom one last time, and puts them back into the charging cradle. They stay inside the cradle until the next night when she removes them to wear them. They are not subjected to strange forces, or dropping, or rolling over onto them. We expect them to last many years also. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Exactly what I wanted. Easy to wear, not heavy, easy to adjust sound, easy on'/off. And I can still just barely hear my smart phone ring

These headphones come in great when I'm watching TV or playing video games. They don't sound too tinny, with not too much bass. Conversations and dialogue comes through clear and understandable and they are not too uncomfortable on your head & ears. I've been able to wear them for hours on end with no complaints, they fit nice and snug on the ears forming a nice vacuum. Although not noise cancelling, they do a descent job of blocking out most of the ambient sounds around you. The only small issue I've come across is charging. First you need to get everything aligned correctly on the base before they will even begin charging and after that there is no real indication when charging is completed. A read light is visible while charging is taking place, but eventually that light goes out. The manual says a green light should illuminate when the headphones are fully charged but I have yet to see that, even after charging them overnight. Besides that, these are a great product, easy to pair out of the box (just plug everything in, turn on the base and the headphones and BOOM! you're good to go). Would definitely recommend these.

Setup was easy with no problems. Sound quality is as good or better than my previous Avantree HT4189. Ear comfort is better.

I love this product (Ensemble) and actually purchased a second set. Great product and quality at a reasonably price point. It is great that the headset comes with a charging station. I never have to worry about changing the headset. The battery lasts for way more time than I would ever use them and the are always fully charged since I place them in the charging station after every use. The headset I has very good sound quality and very comfortable. One of the greatest features that is very important as that after initial pairing, the headsets automatically connect to Bluetooth every time. I never have to re-pair them to the base station . Even better is that Avantree stands behind their products and provided great service. Riza at the service deck was very nice and knowledgeable and took care of all of my questions. One thing is that the ear covers can tend to get a bit warn out after about a year or two. While replacements are available which is great, I was a bit surprised that replacement ear covers cost a bit more than they should. Otherwise, very happy with this product and customer service!! These headphones work very well. I gave it four stars because this is the second pair I have owned and the new ones do not have as rich a sound (a little tinny). Still, very comfortable and a necessity in my home.

The audio is clear and good but in some low quality videos I can hear some weird noises, it’s loud but maybe in newer versions I’d expect even louder sound

Der Kopfhörer ist absolut klasse und einfach in der Anwendung. Habe schon das zweite Mal bestellt weil ich so zufrieden bin. Leider habe ich durch ein Missgeschick den Hörer kaputt gemacht. Und den gleichen wieder gekauft aus Überzeugung der Qualität und Leistung.

Ottimo prodotto , sia come fruibilità che qualità dei materiali. Un poco scomoda l'inserimento della cuffia nella base per la ricarica .Come giustamente ricordato in recensioni di prodotti simili, non sempre funziona con tv Smart. Sul mio tv Panasonic non smart ,collegato col jack, funziona immediatamente . Anche sul Tv LG smart della sala via uscita ottica . Problema invece sul tv Philips smart tramite uscita ottica ( perchè l'uscita jack del tv si è rotta subito). La cuffia riceve solo un rumore gracchiante ed estremamente fastidioso , tipicamente elettronico . Scegliendo ,tramite il sotto menù dell'uscita ottica, ho selezionato " stereo non compresso " e la cuffia ha preso a funzionare perfettamente. Può essere necessario selezionare una voce differente, dipende dal Tv. Sicuramente è una questione squisitamente tecnica e di software che esula dal mio bagaglio in merito... UN CONSIGLIO : sono cuffie che isolano bene dall'ambiente , non le raccomando l'uso quando si è soli. In caso di pericolo o di malintenzionati si è isolati da rumori esterni o allarmi. Per il resto le consiglio sicuramente , occhio all' incompatibilità con qualche smart tv. Anche se lo si impara ad acquisto avvenuto....Il QRcode non dà accesso al manuale . Ho controllato e non sembra che sia il mio smartphone.
