These work fine and are easy to install
These work fine. I installed several of these for undersink shutoffs on 1/2" copper pipe. Many people don't like these "push on" valves, but I have done a lot of research and they have a great track record. It is VERY important to make sure the pipe is deburred and ROUND. I also use a small amount of silicone grease on the pipe and gently work the fitting onto the pipe. For copper pipe, you can remove the stiffener in the inlet side which will help with water flow. The stiffener is there for PEX or other flexible pipe and is not needed for the rigid copper. These are a little rough cast on the exterior, but the valve, o-ring and retention rings seem to be of good quality. No leaks!

Good product
I have used these valves before and worked out very well. However, I bought these in case I needed them and have not used them, but will keep them.
