Half Frame Reading Glasses for Women Men, Slim Half Moon Metal Semi Rimless

I recently had cataract surgery, and my "new eyes" are good for distance but not for close up. I like these glasses and have two pairs of them, one at 1.5 diopters and the other at 1.0. I use the 1.0 pair when working on the computer, and the 1.5s for most other things. YMMV, of course, so think carefully. I strongly recommend you look up the meaning of "diopter" - it isn't the same as magnification, and for me it's a more useful parameter.

Love the half moon glasses. From looking away to close up. Perfect. And light weight.

I don't think anyone is excited about having to wear reading glasses, particularly half-lens ones. Never in my life did I desire to dress like Ebenezer Scrooge. However, my near vision is the only part that deteriorating at a distance within a couple feet. I have several pairs of full-lens glasses, but it gets annoying removing them to look at anything that's farther than right in front of me. With these glasses, it's just a quick look up and I can get back to business.

Good reading glasses, clear, fit well and worth the cost.

These little reading glasses are great! I love that they each have their own storage case. I can see my crochet and still look over the top of the glasses to see the television without making any adjustments to the glasses.
