Jerky X Beef Jerky 2.5-Ounce Bag (Pack of 4)

By far the "hardest" jerky I have ever purchased. I could not even begin to taste it, as I was unable to chew it. I gave it to my dogs and they have had easier times chewing through bones!

little on the sweet side for my taste but not bad. Being someone who has to watch his sodium intake I was very happy to find some beef jerky that is actually low-sodium! Reminds me alot of the the beef jerky from when I was a kid!

It's ok.So, the jerky....What's good is that the jerky is tender, meaty, and very lean. The cost per oz is fair, as well. The bite-size pieces are perfect. The flavor has great potential (see below)What's not so good was the flavor--fairly bland.Not the highest quality meat around--think beef sticks that normally sell for a buck 25 at the truck stop. While I say that, know that of those truck stop meat sticks, this would be the highest quality. I don't think that should detract from the score, just something the next consumer should know.I'm not sure why they would put "bold" on the packaging... it lacked flavor. The flavor it had was a barbecuey, smoky, pretty good flavor. Just weak.Would I buy again? Probably not, but for the people that like more bland flavors, this would be a great snack. It's a 5 star review if it had more flavor.

By far best Jerky ive ever had

Flavor is bland and mediocre, and the meat itself seems more like some kind of compressed meat-like product, not taken directly from an animal.
