These are really good files. They’re real etched glass files and they file beautifully. I’ve bought real etched glass and cheap knock offs that just have an applied grit that wears off in the past. The real thing is worth every penny. These have a really nice etch that gives a smooth file. It’s nice having a little case which helps protect the file. As long as you don’t drop them, they should last indefinitely.

I love these so much, that I've bought them as gifts my daughter and granddaughter too! They do an excellent job of filling and feel like they leave your nails smoother than my emery board. They feel like they not only leave my nails smother, but are easier on my nails, and I have very thin nails, so that's important to me. I like that you can wash them clean when you feel the need and I have one that I've been using since 2014, and it's still like new!!! Amazing. They are glass, so if you drop it while it's out of the case or hit it on something, it's likely to break. But I've been using glass nail files now since I discovered them in 2014, and I've never broken one yet. I'm never going back to any other kind of nail file, and this set I found here on Amazon is a good set.

I've never been a "girly-girl" who has to have perfectly manicured nails, but I do like having a self-care day once every few months. Working at a gas station doesn't really leave me with the opportunity to getting mani/pedis as pumping out spill buckets, handling heavy case deliveries, and various other dirty jobs kind of negates the beauty aspect of being a woman, so manicures tend to be very low on the priority list.Even though I put my hands through varying degrees of greasy, rough, and harsh treatment day to day, I do like to have nails (natural, not artificial) with at least some length, so you can imagine how often I deal with chipped, cracked, and broken nails daily. I always keep a nail file in my purse or in my personal cubby drawer at work for just such a need. I hated how they always left a rough edge on my nails that always ended up snagged on my clothes or scratched my skin whenever I had to move a wisp of hair out of my face.My sister (a real "girly-girl") told me about these nail files and highly suggested I get them. She couldn't sing better praises for them and after a while I caved and bought a set (large file, shorter file, and cuticle pusher) because if I didn't I'm sure she would've nagged me about it until the end of time...OMG THESE THINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! They file like a dream! They glide like a hot knife through butter and NEVER LEAVE FREYED EDGES!!! I can file my nails quickly in any direction and never have a rough edge that snags on clothes or leaves me looking like my cat had an argument with my face! And for the cost of the set?! COMPLETELY WORTH IT! They are worth a hundred times more than the $15 I paid! Fantastic value!And the cuticle pusher itself is worth it's weight in gold! I used it on my toenails (always had a problem with overgrown cuticles on my big and baby toes) and boy was I amazed at how clean it handled them (say goodbye to nasty overgrown and hardened toe cuticle)! You don't even need to use a lot of pressure (like digging a trench), just a light hand tackled those puppies like nobody's business!!Highly, EMPHATICALLY recommend this set!!!

I shuddered when someone offered for me to use their GLASS nail file.. but I read up that they’re better for your nails so I thought I’d give it a go. I’ve never had such good success with a cuticle pusher in my life before I got the glass one in this set. I love all of them so much! I’ll never go back to regular files and pushers! The cases for them are a little.. low quality? They’re just really plasticy and not a big fan but it’s not a big deal to me.

I bought these to replace a glass file I misplaced after ~20 years. These are even better than the one I lost! They are coarse near the base of the file, fading smoothly to a fine texture at the tip. I use the finest grit on my baby's nails (starting at just 2 weeks old!), medium grit to shape my own nails, and the coarse grit to help with removing gel polish. The pointy end of the orange stick is the best tool I've ever used for removing cuticle (it just instantly flakes away!) and buffing new nail growth. The little silver triangular brand logo is a sticker that can be removed or relocated easily. The cases are pretty meh, but maybe they'll prevent me from losing my files this time.
