I love this can opener since I have a couple of hand held openers that cut on the edge of can for safety but they won't work with larger commercial size cans that I sometimes have when cooking for church dinners, this works so well for these larger cans and is easy to grip

Works Fine but it Cuts Below the Rim leaving a pretty Sharp Edge

We have always had the expensive opener like this and didn’t expect this to work as good. However it works better! Easy to put on the can and love how the lid stays on the opener until you release it.

This can opener is easy to use. Gets the can open quickly and the handle feels nice. It's easy to turn and stays on the can until you take it off. It's great and I have tried several different can openers and sent them back because they were difficult to use. But this one is a keeper. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the easiest can opener I have ever used. That said, it is not instantly intuitive to use. If you look at the first photo on the packaging it will indicate correct placement of the item. It took me only a minute to figure out how to use it. After that, it's a breeze to use. As I said , it is the easiest can opener to use, turning the knob to open the can is just so very easy. The top of the can is removed almost effortlessly and has no sharp edges.The actual remainder of the can it should be noted does have a sharp edge. It is opposite what a normal can opener does where the top of the can removed has a sharp edge. The top in this case is NOT sharp, but the remaining can does have a sharp edge. I do not have a problem with that, but some people might. I would buy this again. I've not had it long so I cannot attest to its sturdiness but it appears that it will be a long lasting tool.It's the most effortless manual can opener I have ever used. One reviewer mentioned even arthritic people could use this with ease. I agree, it's kind of amazing compared to every other manual can opener I have used over the years, where you sometimes need considerable effort to turn the opener. As I said this one is effortless.

My family members agree that this is good workmanship. My teen finds this easy to operate. The 75 year old finds it easy to operate and says you can feel the quality. The round knob is very comfortable while you’re turning. It feels sturdy and comfortable while holding the handles and operating. I love the No Touch feature. The lid lifts right off and you just keep the handles together until you want to release the lid over the trash can. So, when ready to release, just pull the handles apart. Voila, no touching required. Nice. I appreciate a good warranty and this Starfrit can opener offers 3 years!
