The texture and smell are not for me. There a bite to these no matter how long you boil them. Will update if I get better results.If you're buying this for keto better making your own pasta, search "king of keto pasta" in youtube 100 times better and only 3g carbs a serving. Actually tastes like real pasta in meals these pale in comparison.
