I received these this afternoon, number 1 on opening them i could instantly tell these had been open before then once I fully opened box they was all tangled up took me and my husband over 40 mins to untangle them all , so wasn't happy that I received a second hand product but they did all work but then when we came to put them up we realised that 2 off the fixed stars where in the wrong place the bigs ones are ment to be at the bottom and smaller star higher up but 2 of the stars where wrong and we can't change them very disappointed, probably that the reason for the first return but obviously they haven't been checked bye the seller

They are absolutely beautiful but it took ages to untangle them when I opened the box.

These are really lovely lights, the stars are much bigger than I was expecting, the remote control is handy you can make them brighter or dimmer and they have different modes. The cord to the plug is nice and long. It took me a good 20 mins to untangle them but that has been the case with every set of lights I have ever brought so was expecting it. They have big white plastic hooks along the top to hang them up which I thought was a good idea but they are a bit of a pain as they kept getting hooked up on the wires and tangled as I was trying to hang them. But overall I really like them and glad I got them.

I love this product, it fits perfectly in my bay window, the hooks make it simple to put up, and it looks fantastic when it is lit up. It was delivered within a couple of days, bit of a kerfuffle getting it untangled, but so worth it. Great value for money, the remote makes it so easy to switch modes, and it just gives such a lovely, festive boost to the house. People walking past seem to really like it, too!

These are fab!! Stars are bigger than I expected - the big stars are the size of my hand. Fit my dining room window perfectly, and really look amazing. I like that they can be dimmed as on full power they literally light up the room. Nice to dim them down to a more subtle glow sometimes. Hang them up with the clear Command clips.

Very bright, nice, but when you select one particular setting it only stays on that on for aprox. 5 minutes and starts to go through the flashing cycle again, plus remote is temperamental. Worked fine for first week though.

Loved these lights to start with! Very pretty and good size.. although had them 11 days and they have already broken. They won’t turn on when plugged in, even when pressing the button and then randomly they will flicker on and switch straight back off. Having to take them down, such a shame!
