299 Cats (and a dog): A Feline Cluster Puzzle

An easy puzzle if you look at the picture but if you want a real challenge do it without the picture! It is possible but takes a lot longer!

Brilliant puzzle. Got this for date night with my husband, he's not a cat person but loved it nonetheless. Creative and fun puzzle pieces. Have fun finding the dog! I'll be getting the other versions soon.

In terms of puzzles it’s 5 star! It’s really hard though, not like normal jigsaws as each piece is completely different. Quality is great and I love all the different animations!

I built this without using the guide, and it was very difficult at times (however that is why I bought it). As a jigsaw puzzle fan, I really enjoyed this, as it was different, and made me think about how the pieces fit differently than my usual strategy. The puzzle pieces are good quality and I really like the illustrative style.

Beautifully produced puzzle but definitely difficult to complete without the accompanying poster.

Bought this for grandsons aged 14 and 12 and promised them a fiver each if they could do it without the chart. They finished it within 24 hours but it occupied quite a few hours !

Gave this puzzle to my cat loving daughter for Christmas and she enjoyed completing it. Fairly easy to do following the picture guide but would be a real challenge without.

Let me preface by saying this is a most satisfactory puzzle and the act of completing it left me feeling a deep sense of accomplishment and personal fulfilment. Now to my one gripe with this wooden wonder; there truly is only one dog puzzle piece. One would expect the title of this entertainment kit to be a "joke" of sorts, a clever ruse by the creator with the implication being - Yes, there are indeed many cats, and fewer dogs. The absurd ratio of 299:1 simply existing to point out that the cats will indeed outnumber the dogs. However this is not the case, there is but one dog. And yes, finding him did temporarily fill the wife sized hole in my heart, but having additional dogs would have extended this joy and in my opinion there would be no downside to adding, let's say, five or six more dogs. In conclusion, even as someone who deeply dislikes cats this was still the best recreational activity I have ever had the pleasure of engaging in and it gave me the back the hope I thought the divorce had taken away forever. 5/5 dogs

My 10 year old daughter and I love this puzzle! The pieces are adorable and make us laugh. The only negative is that someone needs to recount the pieces - I’m pretty sure there are 300 cats and a dog.
