This light is used inside an indoor planter. Looks great and works flawlessly just like the rest of my Hue lights.

We needed a little light in the room right off our entry way, but didn’t want a lamp or anything overhead. Two of these positioned in the corners of one side of the room lit up the room exactly how we were hoping they would. We keep it on a warm setting, but you can do a whole spectrum of colors and adjust the brightness as well.

One of the only Hue products left in my house love it so much and the fact its Bluetooth without the need for a hub means it travels well too. Perfect for the kids nightlight.

I have landed on hue as my wi-finishing solution and have been impressed with all of the products I have. This is no exception. These live on the floor next to my sofa to provide “mood lighting” during movie nights. They are connected/automated by Alexa. It’s not weird to not have them connected to a switch and I don’t have to use my phone because of the Alexa interface. In my opinion they are much easier to use than the LIFX products I started the wifi lighting journey with.

We got one but quickly realized that if you have two you can enjoy the beautiful scenes from Hue.. very relaxing atmosphere. Hope the cable at the bottom had a better way to fold it so it was a bit more stable

Philips Hue Bloom: I needed a light to wash out errant shadows on a wall in my video call space, and wanted one where I could programmatically adjust the color temperature and brightness. This fits the bill nicely — it's a Zigbee device that sets up painlessly with Home Assistant, and as with most Philips Hue devices, the color rendition is good. I can see this being used various places where it'd be nice to add a splash of light or color. The main thing I would have liked is if the base were adjustable — it's a tube cut at a certain angle, and there's no way to change that, nor an easy way to mount on a wall. It wouldn't have been hard to provide more flexibility. It also isn't a problem for my use, but if you're going to put this on a desk or something, think about where the cord is going to go. Unlike a bigger lamp that might sit at the back of a small table with the cord falling out of sight, this is likely to be somewhere where the cord will be running across a surface. Maybe that'll bug you. Maybe it won't.

This was a nice addition to my hue set up. It’s a little smaller than anticipated but it plays a nice role in adding to the light scenes. It works well and was easy to set up with my hue app and Alexa.

For the past 13 years, I had an old LED desk lamp providing light into my bedroom. It got the job done, but recently, it started having connection issues and wouldn't always turn on. I need as much light in my room as I can for my VR headset to track correctly, so I bought one of these lights. It's an improvement in every way. The light is brighter, I can change the colour and brightness, and I can control it all using my phone. That is just cool. Not much else to say. These lights are great. Try not to look directly at them though. You will see spots in your vision for a bit if you do.

The Phillips hue bulbs are the GOAT. If you’re looking for mood/vibe lights the hue bloom are the right choice. I feel these lights are better than the hue bulbs. They spread the light with a wider angle compared to the bulbs.
