He has several different foods. The fundamentals is high protein. I don't see grains listed. I'm not a grain free person. I've heard bad about it. Wysong is made by a vet in Wisc. My pets love this food and it shows in their coats that it is a good food. They like the fundamentals the best. He recommends rotating and using different ones but I use this as my dry and then use the canned for variety. They (both cats and dog and my dog is a picky eater) love the canned epigen. It is for cats and dogs and I like that too. There is a lot of information on his website.

I'm not sure what the question is? Are you asking if there is an expiration date on the bags, then I don't know. I recommend you buy directly from Wysong.

Q: What is the carb percentage?

The chewy website says the carbs for this food are 24.6%. Not as low as the Epigen or Epigen 90 formulas which both have less than 10% carbs but MUCH lower than any other foods I could find...especially without the legumes, potatoes or beet pulp.

Q: Why does the 4-pack cost $5.59 more than buying 4 individual bags?
