Installed fine and looks good. But what really sold me was the great price and Amazon prime free shipping, which on such a heavy object was pretty amazing and far better than the big box stores.

Cast iron bathtub is the way to go!
This is a solid, hefty bathtub that will last a lifetime. Did not like the hollow feel of a steel tub, so wanted to go with cast iron. Great decision! It feels solid underfoot (I'm 6'-1" 245 lbs) and it is much quieter when the water drops on the solid floor. It doesn't sound like rain on a tin roof. Also, cast iron tubs retain heat better if you plan on taking a long, hot bath (but they also take longer to heat up!). Great price with shipping included. Very happy with our purchase!
