Why is this more than twice the price of Costco's price for the same item?

Lodi, Calif Costco $12.99. They are really, really. Great for dorm food. I added some roasted pieces of chicken. So I’m full and seriously these are as good as our noodle house. Oh, the box shows that you can add an egg. Yummy To me they’re worth the price shown, you get 9 bowels.

is the contents the same in the package versus bowl purchase options?

Box hold 9 bowls, that is the only way I have ever bought them, they say packages on the box but they are bowls.
