Sink is black with chrome plug hole.

Q: Is there existing hole for the tap

No you need to drill a a hole yourself there is an mark for you to drill but there is only one place where the tap can go, just so whoever reads this the sink is basically plastic but it looks OK once installed and the price was a bit of a ripoff for what it was so hope this helps
