My only complaint is that the glass came dirty and I had to scratch off pieces of whatever was stuck on parts of the glass because simply wiping it down wasn't enough... otherwise I LOVE this frame.Otherwise, this is a great frame and I absolutely love it. They ship it with styrofoam and it was well taken care of. no dents, no tears, no rips ( :) just a dirty glass.) I love the wire and clips it comes with, it's so much better than messing around with the alternative. Its strong and has a sturdy look and feel to it. The cardboard backing even feels stronger than some other frames I've had.The white frame part is clean and consistent in color and texture. It looks pretty professional including the cut matt board it comes with. Personally, i like the matt boards to have a bit more width to a bottom of a portrait or landscape to give a better illusion ever since I had a mentor point it out and some of the differences. However, the matt board is cut very well and there's no stickers or any dirt stuck to the board (I've had a board cut for me at a company who left the pricing stickers on the area that would have been displayed.) It's very clean, very nice. Nicely packaged. Great price for what you receive, I'm definitely going to buy from this company again.I don't know why people are complaining about the wire and clips you use to hang the frame... and I guess some people thought it was complicated... the package comes with a photo by photo directions clearly showing how and where to clip the metal clips to hang it. there's a piece of metal that has one side of a hole and right next to it is where you clip it to the cardboard backing... it's very simple, straightforward and easy. They give you a lot of wire to work with as well. So if you had problems with wire in the past being too short, you have more wire to work and wrap to help keep it sturdy.

I purchased this frame for a print I had made of my dogs (I got it from west & willow which I highly recommend). The print was a very reasonable price but to have it framed was astronomical. I went on the hunt for a black frame with a glass front and came across this one. I was really surprised at the quality. It is a heavy frame, it does not feel flimsy. The hardware for hanging it is a bit flimsy so I added the picture hanging command strips for extra support.

I ordered the 8x10 and I'm very satisfied with the frame. Good quality, no marks or dings on the frame and the corners had very good quality 45° joints. The packaging was superb. Very happy with the purchase.

They are all fantastic. The glass is undistorted and crystal clear. The joints at the corners are square and undetectable. The wood has a great paint job. It's thick enough to accept a custom cut matte as I did on two of them. They sit steady on the table. The hang flat on the wall. The only thing I would change is I don't particularly like the plastic coated "wire" to use to hang on the wall. I like the kind of wire that is less likely to slip and slide on the wall. Wire coated with plastic is code to me that it will be slippy in the future. At any rate, I can use it as my Earth Tremor Detector whenever wonder what that weird feeling of shaking was. But then again, I have a heavy stepping neighbor next door as well. So far, the poster is hanging evenly just fine. I keep my fingers crossed.

This has that well-built, quality look. It was sized perfectly for my 8"x8" photo, which was a group wedding picture. It hung on the wall easily and even came with a hanger set, which wasn't needed, but is available for those that would want it. It was shipped with strong corner guards and the corners were just right. Overall, and especially at the price, it was just right for my needs.

I was a bit hesitant considering to frame this print myself rather than taking it to the professionals for framing which could potentially increase the value of this print however, it wasn’t a budget friendly option so I decided to buy this frame and, I’m totally happy that I did as its a solid, well made frame that looks every bit as good as the prints I have had professionally framed in the past.*I especially appreciated the extra hangers & wires that was included as its my preference being that it makes it so much easier to hang the print.*What might have made this a 5+ rated product was if the seller also included a sized brown kraft paper cover to apply that would cover up the back & make it look exactly like it had been professionally framed.HIGHLY Recommended and will definitely be back to buy additional frames in the future if/when needed.
