I love this movie

This was a good coming of age movie for an older teen. There are a few life lessons taught. And it is perfect for adults as well.

Not much more to say than very good quality film.

This is a classic. The best parts of this film are the characters playing the younger men, featuring the 80's.

I love this movie

If you want to take a break from over the top action or zany comedy Hollywood fare and want to bask in the warmth and quiet strength of a really well performed and produced film about growing up with best friends, I am pretty sure The Wood will be something you should watch. The cast is really what makes the movie, from the warm and mature performances of the three friends and their classmates as we watch them go through high school together, to the strong and sexy performances of the best friends as young men, grown and moving up but still (which is another key positive for me) remembering the bond with your past. I can see this movie over and over...and I have so I can recommend it very very highly.

Good film, makes you think about your own childhood school days.Not a film worth having on DVD, couldn't watch it over & over again

THE SCENE WITH THE BOYS HOSING DOWN, IS NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN, THEY WERE BUFF AND THE BUTTS WERE SOOOOO TIGHT!THE MOVIE WILL HAVE YOU LAUGHING, AND THE SOUND TRACK WILL TAKE YOU BACK TO ANOTHER TIME....

Not as good as I thought, a bit disappointed as purchased similar films for easy watching but turned this one off half way through as I could not get into it.

Enjoyable film about friendship, first love, romance and literally coming of age and maturity. Great laughs and lots of fun with lovable characters. A must see!!

Weak storyline about three guys who are preparing a friend for his wedding and they reminisce about their younger years, big whoop.
