Great product, Questionable quality and very POOR Vibram policy
Let me start with the positive, it fit really well and felt very comfortable. So what is the issue? After two weeks of use, mostly walk on beach vacation, the side seams of one shoe, the glue started coming off and an opening grew pretty quickly. Unacceptable quality for such a brand name. The other issue is the return: It was five weeks after purchase that I had this issue, so I went to Vibram for replacement, only to find out that Vibram will honor warranty ONLY and ONLY if you purchased shoes from them directly!!! Luckily, I bought it from Amazon direct, who were great in facilitating return smoothly. But imagine if you bought it from third party seller, after 30 days you are out of luck and stuck with a faulty product. Again, unacceptable for Vibram to not take responsibility for quality of their own products regardless where it was bought from.In summary: Great product, Questionable quality and very POOR Vibram policy. If you have to buy, buy from Amazon direct or look for alternative big brand names offering similar shoes!

Obviously a returned product!
The pair of Vibrams I received were obviously a return because I had two different designed shoes. The right shoe was the Kso Evo and the left shoe the Trek Ascent.Replacement arrived the next day, but unfortunately the left show had what appears to be a kink in the material which I'm sure will not only irritate me but probably rub.I've been wearing Vibram FiveFingers for years and I have a number of pairs of in various designs. I wear them most days and normally find them really comfortable. I am wondering if Vibram are using Amazon to sell seconds or returned stock. With regards to sizing, I would recommend going up a size.

Great, wish I'd got some sooner.
I mainly use these for weight lifting - they're excellent for squats and the deadlift in particular. I've also done outdoor and indoor martial arts training in them and they've performed very well. When I have run in them (which wasn't my main purpose in buying them), I've not noticed any problem with doing so on gravel or over rough ground, though the feel is very close to being barefoot. The grip is excellent and these are probably the most comfortable training 'shoes' I've ever worn. No issues with them getting smelly quickly either. It's well worth following the advice of getting your feet used to them. Just wearing them around the house for the first day made my feet feel tired but also relaxed - I suspect it's a side effect of having the toes spread out a bit more than usual. Actually a very pleasant effect.

Love hate relationship...
First pair I bought last year, and lasted for a good 7 months; began to fall apart for a month before finally tearing wide open (partly my own fault). The second pair lost a month, and is falling apart a lot faster.WARNING:I have reason to suspect these MAY be fakes due to how easily they fall apart;if you currently own a pair, there is a website which details how to check if your pair are fakes or not, and often sellers are unaware they were supplied fakes as well.SHOES:I love them! You will get weird looks from people, other people will stop and ask you about them~!Walking in them feels much better than trotting around in shoes; and my balance is a lot better than what it used to be.While playing sports I feel more light & nimble while wearing them, and I often find my footwork is a lot cleaner too.Outside, you WILL feel the floor; including all the little stones on it~ Or the wetness of grass~ But they do dry quickly!BUT...- Both pairs I have purchased degraded rather quickly. In saying this, I wore both pairs in place of my normal shoes but would still expect them to last more than half a damn year~!- The sides seem to peel down to the sole first, then the big toe starts to fall apart from between the toes.RECOMMENDATIONS:1. Despite the extremely high price on the official website, I would recommend buying from there.2. If you buy this here on amazon, purchase a hot glue gun and/or rubber glue and keep an eye on them for peeling.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!
Be prepared to mess about with the sizing, my regular running shoes are an EU 39, these are an EU 41. Once you get the size right though they really are the most comfortable thing you can put on your feet. Ok they probably arent for everyone and I'm am making sure that I convert to them slowly (luckily I usually wear very flat shoes with little support so this shouldnt take too long) but I have loved every minute of walking in them so far and can't wait to start running in them.

If the shoe fits...
Why aren't shoes foot shaped? It makes no sense! I've spent 40 years scrunching up my toes and having to buy size 11. I bought these in an 11 and they were way too big, I went for the 9.5-10 size and they're snug but not uncomfortable because they're the right shape! It's a no brainer! I'm going to use them in the gym for weightlifting since there's very little support and so my feet can support me like they're supposed to. I think for running they'll take some getting used to and I may stick with my normal cushioned trainers but if you want to run with them they come with a guide to breaking yourself in over a few weeks. They look a bit weird but who cares! They fit!

Decent training footwear but the sizing chart is wrong and they’re difficult to get on properly.
I’m a size 11 so ordered the relevant size. However, i was sent size 11.5 - 12.5 which were too big. Try as I might, I just couldn’t get my little toe into it’s space. The size on the box also doesn’t tie up with the sizing chart on the Amazon website.I sent them back and got a size smaller which fit ok. However, they can be areal bind to get on correctly with toes going where they shouldn’t. Once day, it took me 10 minutes to get them on properly. They seem well made but I’ve only used them for a week whilst I was on holiday last month so an’t speak to long term durability. The reason I got them was to save space and weight in my suitcase for training whilst on holiday. Nice that they’re machine washable as I don’t wear socks with them, but I have to say they didn’t get overly smelly. I wore them whilst skipping, indoor rowing and weight training and they did their job admirably. The only negatives I’ve found so far are the incorrect sizing chart and the fact It’s really tedious to get them on properly.
