Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Square Cake Pan with Lid, Exterior 9.88 x 9.88 Inches

I purchased this brownie pan for my Daughter who just loves brownies as a gift with a selection of tasty mixes. I love that it comes with a lid for storage of the cooled baked products in, so you don't have to dirty multiple dishes, nope, just bake, cool and then store in the same pan you cooked them in. Very convenient! In our home, we only use Nordic ware pans. I love them, as they last forever with minimal care and effort, are very durable and nice thick aluminum. I find most of the time my cooking does not stick to them, but I usually use minimal cooking oil or butter anyway. They are always a smart buy, and worth just a few extra dollars for something long-lasting.

I love this pan! It is perfect for fudge, corn casserole, cakes, veggies—just about anything you would make in a smaller quantity than a 9X13 pan. It is great to store food in and has a plastic lid that fits perfectly. Very pleased with this product A+ purchase!

If you're using pyrex, stoneware, steel or corningware for baking you're doing it wrong. These pans are the only way to go for even cooking, easy release, light weight and durability.

Needed a deeper pan and this worked great. Love the brand - bought several items. Easy to clean because the corners are not exactly 90* - they are sort of rounded so the towel can wipe it clean easily. Edges are rolled nicely, feels great. I am however warning everyone that they better not get near it with a stainless knife or other tool because it is so pretty I do not want it all scratched up. One complaint - the lid just sits on the pan - doesnt really clip on. I rubberbanded mine on to deliver food over Thanksgiving just in case so it wouldnt spill in the car.

My wife has been using this pan for a while and it's holding up well. It's a sturdy choice for a baker in your home

This pan is exactly what I needed. I have one and the depth is deeper than most. I measured my pan was thrilled Amazon had it. The quality is better than mine, no complaint there. Color is obtuse for me but is a nice. There are only two of use so I make one cake recipe and divide it into two cakes. Freeze one and serve the other.

I really like this pan. It is heavy duty. It evenly distributes the heat. It takes slightly longer to bake things through, but I knew that would be the case as it is a light coloured pan rather than a dark one. It cleans up easily. I have rediscovered a love of baking during the pandemic, so the bit higher price point was worth it to me to have a higher quality pan. I first bought this brand and model in a 9x13 inch version. I liked it so much, I now have it also in the 9x9 and 8x8 inch version as well.
