Not addictive at all and not melatonin which is bad for you if you are taking it long term. If it is making you dream, then that means it is working on getting you into deep sleep, however if it is hurting your sleep just cut down on dosage. Been using it for three months now and am sleeping better and feel leaner but also super hungry in the morning. Lol

I'm doing intermediate fasting, will this break my fast?

I was doing intermittent fasting as well 20-4 while taking them. Not sure if it will break it or not but I didn’t notice a difference without taking them on a fast. Curbs the hunger though but will make you jittery AF
