No more shoulder pain
I am a side sleeper, but also roll to the side I am facing to where i am almost on my stomach. It has caused me to have shoulder pain from over extending that arm. It did take several nights to adjust to sleeping with the pillow and was almost ready to throw in the towel. The body pillow was too full and hurt my neck. So i switched back to using my regular pillow for under my head. I put the body pillow thru my legs in a U shape so I still have it to wrap around, and I love it! No more shoulder pain!!!!!

Doesn't work at all, it actually makes pain worse
Wow. What a waste of money. Not only does my shoulders hurt MORE, this thig creates new pain. The incline put a new pressure point on your hips and I woke barely able to walk. How do I get my money back?

Wedge is amazing and fixed 2 and a half months of shoulder pain
I was skeptical of this product at first because of the enormous price tag. I have had chronic back, arm, and shoulder pain the past 2 and a half months from falling asleep and rolling to sleep on my arm. I kept waking up at 3 a.m. in excruciating pain unable to get back to sleep. In desperation, I bought this product after a plethora of other products I also bought. First impressions, the wedge is a little bit to get used to. I tended to slide down off it at times when I first used it and this is getting better. The one downside I can point out about this product is that the maternity pillow they send with it is far too thick and firm. I ended up switching it out with another popular maternity pillow I already had on this website (Momcozy) and it's much softer and works better. The good news about this product is that after a night or two of using the wedge, my arm pain started to go away. It's now almost gone and I'm very much appreciating my purchase. I do wish they would sell the wedge by itself. If you have a habit of sleeping on your arm and are noticing it's causing shoulder, back, and arm pain, this is your solution. Don't waste your money on other products. Trust me... waking up at 3 a.m. in pain repeatedly caused me to buy just about every other product on this site, lol. The arm pocket makes the difference and keeps you from sleeping on your arm.

It's a sleep trap. I don't want to get out of bed
It's a trap. This thing is a total sleep trap. If I do not set an alarm I fall asleep almost instantly. Normally I toss and turn and wake up every 2 hours. With this pillow I wake up once to use the bathroom. Normally after 8 hours I am ready to get out of bed, not rested just sore from trying to sleep. With this pillow I don't want to get out of bed. I am cozy and not sore. When I set an alarm I wake fully rested and ready for the day. But bed is still comfortable and I don't want to get up.

Pain in the rear pillow case
Haven't slept on it yet but putting the pillow case on the long pillow is such a pain in the rear it's with a star and a half off even if it helps me sleep like a baby. We'll see how I sleep with it to decide if the rating goes down or not

Do not recommend
This is a waste of money I had to throw away after three weeks of my shoulders hurting every day I woke up and waking up to numbness in my hands the third party never contacted me back

Wish I'd bought it sooner!
I've been a belly sleeper for years, but the last couple of years, I've had trouble sleeping through the night. I toss and turn, and when I wake up in the morning, my back is stiff. With it being an FSA-eligible purchase, I decided to give it a try. It came very well packaged, and if very well made. The first night I slept with it was a little awkward, but the next night I slept a full six hours, and woke up refreshed for the first time in I don't know how long. I've still had a couple of sleepless nights, but for the most part I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

The slot for your sholder and arm is MUCH to near the top edge, your head falls off and causes pain
Quick comments after one night. I will give it a fair trial as my shoulder is better than before, but the night was uncomfortable and woke me up several times due to the way it worked for me. This seemed like such a great idea - to let side sleepers have a slot for the shoulder and arm to slide into so that all your weight is not carried by that shoulder joint. But it is poorly executed. The slot for your arm is only 4" from the top edge of the slanted triangular pillow, so if your head is more than 4" tall above your shoulders, this device causes it to cantilever past the top edge and creates stress on your neck. It is also very narrow from the bed surface to the arch of the pad, which feels constricting on your arm overnight. And the top edge of the slot through the pad has a pretty hard corner which presses on your arm pit as you try to sleep. I tried it with the snake like pillow that comes with it. That is a HEAVY pillow, that makes it difficult to change from sleeping on your left side to the right side during the night - one side of that pillow is longer, so you have to get out of bed, reconfigure everything (including moving the little insert in the sloped pillow from one side to the other), and then get back into bed on your other side. This is an expensive solution that does not seem to have had the level of testing, design care, and execution that one would expect of this level of product. I am going to give it another few nights to see if I get more comfortable using it. I would be happy to discuss the potential upgrades that I see with the manufacturer of desired. This could be a great product with a few modifications. But as it is now, it is much less than great.
