SpigenThin Fit Case Compatible with iPhone 12/12 Pro - Black

I was looking for something thin, not slippery, not clear, not plain, and with a raised lip for camera, but would still offer enough protection. This is exactly what I was looking for. I love the feel, thinness of it, and the look. I’ve had this case for 2 years (almost to the day) now. My phone is completely scratch-free and has stayed protected. The case is still in excellent condition and I’m not gentle with my phone. I don’t throw it around on hard surfaces or drop it too often, but it does happen. I use an adhesive card carrier on it and it peels off easily enough and a new one attaches on when I need to replace it. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Just hit the buy button. It has served me well and I’m sure it will serve you well.

We went camping and the 50+ mph winds picked up a camp chair and threw it in our fire(the phone was in the chair).No case is fire proof okay…But I will say, this case held up so nicely after being torched. Sooo impressed. Buying a replacement. Although my phone is slightly damaged, it really did take the brunt of it and my phone works with the exception of the edge of the screen being discolored.

Afford good protection at a fair price

So just like what other reviewers are saying, if you were expecting this thin fit to be like years past then you will surely be disappointed. This new case does blend rubber with the hard plastic and covers the phone’s edges throughout unlike previous versions where they always left the top and bottom open. There is also a noticeable lip in front of the phone, but will not mess with a screen protector if you do have one on.I still do miss the design of the old ones, but this version is still great as it still somewhat keeps the thinness of the phone along with having a nice texture/grip to it. I gave this 4 stars only since they should have really kept the old version along with this one where they just have this one a different name as opposed to it being part of the thin fit line.Overall if you’re looking for a thin case with a nice grip and aren’t really looking to spend much then this is the case for you.

The media could not be loaded. After 3 years, this case looks like a cutting board. It has saved my phone countless times. It absorbs impact incredibly well. Not a scratch on my iPhone. Thin, lightweight, and soft grippy texture. I use this case with the ArmourSuit military grade gel screen protector and I have not changed either in 2 years. I will never use another brand. Cannot recommend enough.Yes it’s drop proof! So is the gel screen protector.

This is my third Spigen for 3 separate phones (iphone 6, 8, and now 12). Tried them against many other cases and always liked this best. This one (for iphone 12) is the best of all. It is not slipper but also not overly grippy (like the Apple brand case that is pure silicone rubber and sticks to your pocket and makes it hard to insert and remove). It also lays pretty flat. Has an area to place the metal plate for a magnetic car mount. Also has good rubber covers for the buttons. As one review said, the 'lip' around the glass is raised very slightly more than prior spigen thin cases, but it is still low profile, adds relatively little to the profile of the phone, and it gives some extra protection which i think is good. Overall, I think this is the perfect case.
