Found - yummy soup
Just as good as expected. Don't know why it's so hard to find.

SO GOOD!
Having had my gallbladder removed in 2020 after the birth of my son in 2019, a lot of noodles coated in animal fats (the competitor that starts with an M or T or S)... I couldn't ENJOY my ramen cups. I had found some of these in vegetarian Beef at a grocery store, but learned they had a mild vegetarian chicken flavor and found Chef Woo on Amazon. i promptly ordered this case and MAN OH MAN THESE ARE SO GOOD. No reflux as it's VEGETARIAN, also they're Halal as well as Kosher.I did go against the full vegetarian bit of Chef Woo just once and cooked two cups in a big cooking pot and added one egg to it when it was boiling and some baby portabella mushrooms I diced up.I'm ovo-pesco-pollo-lacto.These are great, I'm ordering more this month!!

Best Cup of Ramen Noodles!!
These noodles in a cup are the best I have tried. They are not salty. I use the microwave after adding warm water for two minutes and set for two minutes. The veggies they put in the cup look appealing and taste like fresh ones once cooked. I add only coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Yummy!!!

It's fine. I mean it's just ...fine.
This is a solidly average Ramen. I took off a star because I found that when I heated it up in the microwave, it boiled over. And also was not cooked all the way. So it either needs constant attention, or to be microwaved in two batches so as to avoid boiling over.I mean, everybody's taste and heat tolerance is different, I found the heat level very mild. I ended up adding some powdered spice, also some buldak sauce. Also some red pepper flakes and msg.For some reason there was no MSG in this, which probably goes back to some racist tropes from the 80s and 90s where people acted like it made them sick. That "science" has been debunked, but I like when the foods announce that they don't put MSG in it so I know to add my own.I thought there were a lot of carrots in the vegetable mix. I have a container of ramen topper vegetables that I added to it and also more green onion. All in all, this was– fine. I would say it was on the better side of average, and I like that it's vegetarian. I will probably be ordering more of these as I like having easy microwavable work lunches.

Great value
These fit perfectly between the economical Ramen square brick noodles and the more expensive noodle trays. A Great fast and easy meal when time is limited. No need to add any spices for myself they taste great. Great to have on hand for emergencies as well. All the veggies seem to rehydrate better than most cup mixes. The chicken and beef flavors are my favorite.

Chef Woos Raman Noodles
Quick and easy to make. I like the new pea protein Raman better. I thought that was what I was getting but misunderstood.

Smaller, lower protein, all around worse than normal Chef Woo ramen cups.
Significantly smaller and worse than the normal Chef Woo ramen (despite coming in the same size cup), got this because the normal Chef Woo ramen were unavailable. Did not notice when I bought, but this also has basically no protein (5g vs 20g). Will not make the mistake of getting these again.

Perfect pot noodle!
These are fantastic. Is it Ramen from a 3-Michelin starred restaurant in Kyoto? Nope. But if, like me, you happily ate the cheap Ramen through college and STILL love it in your 50s... these are a fantastic option! When we're really hungry, we'll make one of the cheapest noodle cups and one of these and mix them together. That works perfectly for me- who loves spicy food, but finds it to be an emotional experience which always makes me cry, and suck air through my teeth trying to cool the mighty fire burning in my mouth as I eat it. My husband, who loves Thai food as hot as he can get it, can handle 2 of these and not break a sweat. I find them to be less salty than a lot of Ramen options..HUGE perk! I also REALLY like that it's in a cardboard cup, which don't crack/break/puncture as easily as styrofoam.
