First off this heavy duty dog crate comes well packaged in three separate boxes, whereas similar products have been delivered to us in one heavy box that has resulted in damage both to the box and the goods within.This led to a problem when one of the boxes went astray in the delivery process but the supplier, once informed, sent out a replacement that was with us the following day.On behalf of our Labrador, who can now stand tall in his personal space without bumping his head on the top of his crate, I thank you for the very prompt customer service.This crate is extremely sturdy with four lockable wheels and is much superior to the other large crates we have ordered in the past.

Perfect for my Dutch shepherd who has destroyed other cages, he's only left in it for a few hours a week but very sturdy and great design. We had to purchase a second lock for it to secure the gate as he's smart and got out of the bottom section.

Quite a good crate and the metalIs quite strong, but the problem with this crate is that there are 2 compartment doors and looking at the picture I presumed that the lower shooting bolt would actually act as a second lock for the main door, but it doesn’t, the lower shooting bolt is only there to lock the smaller bottom opening thus the crate itself only has one shooting bolt which is situated quite high up to lock the main door, I have a 6 month old cane corso pup that was thankfully already crate trained, but with her size and weight when she leans or pushes her feet against the bottom of the crate door it does tend to push the bottom section of the door open even when locked, so wouldn’t say this crate is suitable for a large breed dog that isn’t already crate trained. It would have been so much better if both bolts had secured the main door,EDIT.... had to edit my original comment as we’ve only had the crate now for 6 weeks, went to wheel it this morning so I could vacuum underneath and one of the wheels broke off, turned the crate upside down to see if I could screw it back in, but the nut that’s inside the tubular steel which allows the wheel to be screwed in, as snapped off completely, it seems they’re only flimsily spot welded in a couple of places, so unfortunately all the wheels have now had to be removed, hence I’m now giving this product only one star, as it’s definitely not fit for purpose

Update: so far holding strong, only weak spot I've noticed is the bottom left of the door.So far I'm nervous about how strong this will be as 2 bolt holes didnt align and the spot welds seem weak.I've reinforced areas with heavy duty zip ties to give it half a chance but I'm not convinced.Note:My Malinois is pretty much crate trained at this point but does have an initial 20 minute tantrum before settling.I will update after a few uses.

This is a genuine escape proof crate they will last for years. The only part I didn’t score 5 stars was ease of locking. The top bolt slides in and out easily. Though the bottom bolt needs to to press the smaller door shut more with your foot to line the bolt up properly. Other than that I’m give it too marks.

The item was far bigger that description. Comes from Germany and if you have to send it back you have to pay postage, however it’s to big and heavy for The Post Office or any other UK service provider. There were also items missing. Waiting for Company to collect it

Brilliant crate!! We have a Rottweiler who literally got out of every cage we have brought and this one was a god send!!She doesn't get out and she don't even try! she's admitted defeat lol She now she goes in and lays downBrilliant purchase!!

Der Käfig kam gut verpackt und innerhalb von 3 Tagen an.Das Zusammenbauen war einfach, Unterlegscheiben hatte ich da und ja, schade, dass diese nicht dabeiliegen.Die Beschreibung war ok, wo die große lange Schraube hinkommt bzw. was sie da hinten bringen soll habe ich leider nicht begriffen, aber ansonsten war alles top und innerhalb von 20 Minuten aufgebaut.Der Deckel ist aufklappbar, aber auch zuschraubbar, das finde ich gut.Alles sieht stabil aus, außer vielleicht die Plastikschale. Diese habe ich reingelegt, unter die Decke. Unter den Käfig (wie bei anderen Käfigen) kann man sie von der langen Seite zumindest nicht schieben, die andere Seite habe ich nicht ausprobiert.Die Rollen sind praktisch und feststellbar und sehen auch stabil aus.Ich werde die Rezensionen updaten wenn dem doch nicht so ist.Ich hatte vorher ausgemessen wie groß unser Hund sitzend ist und wie lang und hoch sollte man natürlich auch wissen, es passt alles gut. Er hat genug Platz.329€ finde ich eine Menge Geld, ich hoffe/erwarte er hält deswegen eine lange Zeit.

Alors, je ne comprends pas certains commentaires négatifs.Cette cage est superbe et tres fonctionnelle. De plus vous avez une grande porte qui contient une plus petite porte en bas qui fonctionne très bien. Vous pouvez même faire passer votre petit chien par celle-ci (une idée) Tout se ferme sans bâillement, je dis ca car dans le commentaires, il est dit que ca ne fonctionne pas bien..... Mais je vous dis que si. Tout est à sa place. Si vius avez un problème, il faut le signaler au SAV tout simplement, cela peut arriver et votre problème sera réglé mais voici les photos. Vous constatez que tout va bien. C'est mon avis Cage superbe.

Avevo già un kennel in metallo, ma era risultato un po' debole al morso la mia canelupocecoslovacco, lo rompeva senza problemi, ora vediamo se questo dura più di due anni il tempo che è resistito il kennel vecchio, era di un'altra marca.
