Q: When do i start seeing results

For me it took a few days. Like four. But it could be different for other skin types.

Q: Does anyone prefer the Neutrogena Redness Soothing line, Rapid Clear, or Acne Stress Free line? I'm so overwhelmed by the options & mixed reviews. Thanks!

I have only used the Acne Stress Free toner and I am very happy with it's results. I use it after I take off my make up AND use my clarisonic and it still shows that it takes gunk off my face and refreshes it. It also has helped with a few breakouts. I don't have that much acne but I do all I can to prevent it. Neutrogena in general always offers good product. As additional information I have very oily skin so I'd probably try the rapid clear and use in additional to acne stress free.
