can i only take 1 pill a day

You should start with 1 at night then 1 in the morning; working your way up to 6 a day. The dosage is 6/day. But I would not start out with 6 right at the beginning. Work your way up to see how your body will respond.

They are a normal size yes I do have trouble swallowing. And they didn't work for me
