Perfect for using to protect my tongue
I have a nervous issue that comes and goes of grinding and worrying my teeth, which causes ulcers on my tongue. I tried a bunch of things- but eventually thought "well what about stuff gum?". Turns out that one stick of sugar free cinnamon, and two sticks of the plain mastic flavor are perfect. They give me something to chew on that is not so flavorful that my brain suggests I should swallow it, not completely unflavorful so my brain seems to still think it is worth keeping around, and when I am not actively chewing, it creates a "wad" that is big enough to line the inside of my teeth so I don't rub my tongue over them over and over. It's not sticky so I can keep it in my mouth over night (I'm sure this is a choking hazard, so your milage may vary), and if it does fall out it does not end up permanently fused to anything. The texture is perfect- it's a fairly stiff chewing gum that does not lose it's texture over time one you get the initial hardness chewed away, and I set it aside and use it for a few days so it's cost effective (probably gross, but here we are).It is the best solution to an unsolvable problem for me!

Gum contains dangerous preservative
I bought this gum thinking that it was a healthier version than most gums. Turns out that it contains antioxidant (E320, E321), which is in fact considering to be toxic.Form EDC Free Europe website:"After analysing 54 brands of chewing gum marketed to children, EDC-Free campaign supporter Danish Consumer Council THINK Chemicals found that 41 of them (76%) contained the potential hormone disrupting chemicals E320 and E321.Not only that, but in the three years that this analysis has been carried out, this year obtained the worst results. The two above substances are not the only ingredients that cause concern among experts, but also the gum appears to be becoming less healthy. The two toxic substances in which this study focuses are E320 and E321, two antioxidants artificial food, also known as BHA and BHT. These compounds, from the oil industry, are present in other food products as well. What can we do?The first step is to avoid products with E320 and E321 among its ingredients. But there is an important second step - put pressure on the European authorities to withdraw food substances that have been shown to be toxic to our health.

It takes a while to get used to, but I am satisfied!
I waited a week before writing this review because my first impression was not very positive. But, to be fair, I am used to traditional, flavored gum. I was seeking something that did not have additives, fake or real sugar, or anything like that. Even though it was my intention to get something different, it still took me a while to get used to the taste. There is a natural flavor in this gum that was not initially pleasant for me. However, I gave myself time to get used to it, and now it is hardly recognizable. This gum has helped me hugely while fasting, as it was the only product that fit the bill with my needs. It lasts long and does not disintegrate over time. I am glad I didn't immediately toss it out because it is a staple for me now!

I like it.
I bought this about five months ago. Most gums have mint, which my mouth is sensitive to. This does not. The pieces are a little large, but I've found that about ¼ piece of this combined with a piece of regular gum keeps my mouth moist without causing soreness. For what it's worth, I like the resin-y flavor. Think what pine nuts, mangos, and parsnips all have in common. If you like that piney flavor, you'll probably like this.

Good gum
Great alternative to the sugared gums with strong flavor!

Smell weird, lots of chemicals, but hard to chew
They are tasteless, and hard to chew at first. This is a product with some toxins/preservatives in it and I notice that if I swallow my spit while chewing it, I feel bad. It is hard to chew for at first, but gets softer over time, but it will help your jawline if you use the proper mewing technique.I would recommend mastic though, as its healthier and harder to chew, although it is more expensive.
