These nursing pads do change a bit in the wash- they don't start out stiff but they get even less stiff, and the texture changes a bit. They also shrink a bit and get a little misshapen, so they end up slightly different sizes and not perfectly round, but it doesn't seem to be a problem since no one sees them but me. They don't show through my shirt even when I wear a thin bra. Before washing them for the first time they would leave a teeny bit of lint on my nipple, but after the first wash they don't. I wasn't 100% sure about them at first but now I've been using them for a few weeks they're definitely my favorite of any I've ever tried. I love that they are 100% natural material, and very soft and comfortable. They are probably thinner than most breast pads, and I suppose if you are a heavy leaker you could run into issues with leaking through them, I have not had a problem with that.

I was happy with these pads. They are very thin with decent absorbency! They never feel wet on my skin. Only odd thing is that the 4 pairs that came were all different sizes! I would have rather all of them be the large size. But I will buy a second order of these.

I love these! I use them all the time in my nursing bra!! I only wish I had bought two packs....

After extensive research I am surprised no reviews mentioned that the fluff from these pads comes off really easy. My nipples were covered in fluff and they were coming from the pads. Pulling at the material I noticed fluff came off the pads really easily. My poor baby must have consumed some of it. Oh and they leaked through too.
