Great injection. I use Make it Meaty in all 4 kcbs categories. I love this stuff because it has the right amount of the right ingredients to do what it is suppose to do. And I can make my own flavor profile and Make it Meaty will enhance that flavor. This will take your bbq to the next level.

I used the solution as stated in the instructions. They were easy to follow and the end result was a delicious, moist turkey. I am very happy with the solution and plan to use it again in the future.

Absolutely great stuff! I happened to find this product while surfing the net. So far I have used it on a beef roast that turned out very tasty and cut it with a fork tender, pork St. Louis ribs (moist, very flavorful and fall off the bone tender) and now tonight chicken. It enhances the basic meat flavor, tenderizes and moistens. Excellent product and I plan to keep using it.

Absolutely fantastic. I have used all the other commercial injections currently on the market in my BBQ business and on the competition BBQ circuit. Make It Meaty is the best to date. The moisture retention is ridiculous. The texture of brisket is very favorable. Even better is the mixture mixes semi-clear and does not tend to stain the meat.

i injected a 16 pound packer brisket in a 1" grid with this stuff and it came out perfect. I won a barbecue cookoff and I am an amateur.
