No Decrease in Tinnitus at all
I have been using for three weeks and hear no decrease in volume of my tinnitus. I was supposed to hear a difference each week. In fact, right now my tinnitus is louder than ever. I do not believe this product works as promoted. I do not recommend at all.

Reduces brain function!
I used this product every day since I received it. Lately I found I was having extreme difficulty concentrating, focusing, irritability, and just normal every day brain functions. I stopped taking this immediately and am starting to return to how I was before I started taking it. Very scary! I believe it was the folic acid in this product!

There are no negative reviews on this product that are readily found. Most hard-hitting reviews are actually thinly disguised ads at newspaper websites.Available Amazon reviews are one star.The Amazon return policy is not clear on this.These pills are a likely scam and they are selling hope to the suffering.They will probably return your money like they promise but you have to stringently obey their restrictions on consumption and return. But they will count on you not bothering to attempt the return.An actual MD hearing doctor told me that my tinnitus was my brain substituting noise for dead frequencies no longer being transmitted by my cochlea. But if I wanted I could /try/ Lipo Bioflavinoid (pills).A coworker's husband swore by the Lipo Bioflavinoid. I ordered them, took them exactly as instructed and NOTHING. But, they returned every penny of my money when I asked them to.If I feel confident I can get my money back when Silencil fails I am going to try them.
