I don’t lift heavy weights, so the padding works fine for me. If you lift heavier weights, I would suggest a pair of gloves with more padding. They provide the grip that I need. They fit kinda snug, so if you have big hands make sure you buy a larger size. They look fine, but I use them in my home gym, so looks are not really important. They are of a decent quality, but I’m not sure how they would hold up if you work out with heavy weights.I’m a 72 year old male, so they are great for me.

The material is comfortable. Size chart is accurate. It fit to my hand. Design is good, it has a longer piece at the middle and second last finger. It provide a very good grip when doing a weight training.
