DMV traffic is no joke! And when you have an older model car, heated seat isn’t an option. But this one has been a lifesaver for me and my husband. We’ve been taking turns and using it in our cars and at the office.The heat massager option is great because it gives your muscle the relaxation that it needs.The handle strip helps to keep it in place when you’re massaging your neck and shoulder area. Also, I can strap it to the back of my chair to keep it at a position that helps to get the ache out. I’ve recommended it to my coworkers.

The very first day I used this one of the massaging balls stopped lighting up red. Although this really doesn't effect the massager, it shouldn't stop working after 20 minutes. Pretty disappointed in the quality of the product to not make it through one session. This does a good job of massaging with the different speed setting you can select. The heat feature doesn't really heat up enough to notice in my opinion. The 20 minute timer is really too short and then if you do have the massager in just the right spot, it shuts off and you either have to move it to turn it back on or be lucky like me and my husband will turn it back on for me. The straps help to hold the massager in place if needed. All in all it isn't a bad massager.

I love this massager. I love how versatile it is. You can use the arm straps to find the spot you need, or you can take them off and use it more like a pillow, or there's velcro straps on the back that you could attach to your headrest in a car or on an office chair. It also rotates clockwise and after a while will rotate and start going counter-clockwise. It also comes with a power adapter to be used in the car. I just received this and have used it every day since.

After only 8 weeks of owning this massage to replace my last I’m ready to Chuck it and buy a different one, first off it’s not as strong as my last one (bogs down when pressure applied), second who could relax with the horrible screeching/ rubbing of the nodes against the inner fabric material with even the slightest pressure, and third twice now this week it’s pinched my back so hard it left a mark on my skin. Say hello to the trash. Don’t buy unless you want weak screechy massages and pinched back skin.

I have tried 2-3 different massagers like this, and ultimately chose this one because I can actually lean back on it while sitting in a chair. It's most effective and easiest to use on my traps/neck while sitting in a cozy chair while watching TV, but I can also move it to my mid-back and even lower-back.It is definitely giftable, and I'm about to purchase one for just that!

For the price it was I wasn’t even expecting it to massage like it does, this is better for lower back and back pains, legs and such but not so good with neck massage but for the price it’s a good compromise if you have back issues like me! Would recommend and buying more for Xmas gifts

I have used many back massagers over the last 10 years as I have a pinched nerve in my back which causes my back muscles to get painfully tight. I was a little nervous purchasing this one because of the price being so low but decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. It works much better than I expected and feels much more sturdy than most that I've used which cost quite a bit more. It also has a velcro strap to attach the pillow to a chair and leather straps on both sides to change the pressure on your back which is really convenient.

I have enjoyed it very much so far 3 days in. Great for neck, legs, lower back. To get certain areas on the back it's tough to control so no 5 stars. Relieves tension and causes blood flow to the area being treated. The heat is subtle at first but becomes apparent if you work an area for more than 5 minutes. You will have to maneuver your body at times for best comfort.

The media could not be loaded.  Really good for relieving lower lumbar pain. I broke two transverse processor bones in my lower back around 15 years ago and have flare ups now and again. Prefer to treat without drugs as diclofenac isn’t liked by doctors any longer. Massage helps but wife gets fed up. With this gadget it can go on for ages without any complaining!!! Really effective and can adjust the speed and heat to suit.

Very nice pillow. It works really well on my lower back in combination with another one on my shoulders. Not that this one can't do both, but it is easier to fit it in the middle of the chair. Must have in a lockdown when we are less active and get stiff!
