Expected to have issues at this price point, was pleasantly surprised

Works like a charm. The motor is quieter than the rollers that our gate slides on. The instructions could use some work, but for this price I expected it.

After about a year, it is functioning perfectly. No issues. I only wish it had a battery back-up

A bit of a chore to install correctly as you need a cement base, and the pins installed perfectly. But the unit is strong, and quiet.
