Jolie Cosmetics Double Makeup Eye/Lip Pencil Sharpener

This is a great little sharpener by Jolie Cosmetics.  Jolie Cosmetics Double Makeup Eye/Lip Pencil Sharpener  This works well, is very sharp and is easy to clean. I bought this crossing my fingers that it would be sharp enough to sharpen my plastic Lippie Sticks/Lip Liners, and it is does, no trouble at all. More and more companies are making lip liners in plastic pencil form, and these require a very sharp sharpener to cut through the plastic and get the job done.💢 However, the only reason I selected this sharpener over all of the others on Amazon was the fact that the description states that the lid/cover is hinged, but unfortunately this is NOT the case. The one I received is NOT HINGED. Having a hinged lid is appealing because it would secure the lid, making it less likely to become lost. It would also help keep the lid in place, which will hopefully help lessen the possibility of an accumulation of shavings ending up all over your makeup bag or vanity due to the falling off.❌ Sharpener Is NOT Hinged.✔️ Nice and Sharp.✔️ Sharpens Plastic Lip Liners/Lippie Sticks.✔️ Tips Rarely Break-Off In Sharpener.✔️ Holds a Fair Amount Of Shavings.🌐 Overall, I am happy with this sharpener, however the description needs updating to reflect the correct sharpener being sold. I purchased this with the Jolie eyeliner. I have tried numerous other sharpeners for my eyeliner pencils and had nothing but problems. The tip of the pencil would always clog up the sharpener or my eyeliner tip would break off as soon as I took it out of the sharpener thus wasting my eyeliner pencil. I saw other reviews on this sharpener and even though it looks just like any ordinary sharpener, it is superior! I have been able to use my entire eyeliner pencil without waste, it never clogged or broke of my tip. I am very pleased!

Here's the problem: I bought this to sharpen my Merle NormanLip Pencil Plus pencil - but the large-opening sharpener is too small to sharpen it. Back to looking for a chubby lip pencil sharpener I can use.

very good sharpener-sharpens well and cleanly.

this sharpener does not work as well as the smaller ones, it damages and takes to much off of the littler pencils so I have to use the smaller cheaper ones
