Culina Quality Meat Tenderizer, 72-Sharp Blades, Safety Lock

Very helpful for tenderizing the toughest meats. Easy to use and clean (I was worried about cleaning but it is actually very easy). Blades are very sharp so the safety lock is paramount and works well.

This probably works but I haven't used it. Two stars because it comes without any instruction or picture on how to use it. As someone who has never used this kind of gadget, it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how it work, after it punched a small hole on my hand.

Tried this today, with the number of blades - I thought this would be awesome. However, it completely flattens the meat. I am going to chalk this up to a lesson learned and look for a 'roller' type tenderizer instead.

Nice little tenderizer.Pros: Small enough. Well built. Stores well. It locks by twisting so you don't have to worry it will accidentally cut anything. It did tenderize the meat I used it on. In fact, I tested it the first day trying one steak (ribeye) with and one without. I found it worked to make the steak more tender.Cons: It's very stiff. You really have to strike/push it to get it to deploy (bite down in the meat). I am not sure it would work for someone who is a little older, arthritic etc. as it did require some force. I like the idea of using this instead of the old hammer type things we used years ago, but I am not convinced it works any better.

Does a great job in tenderizing your meat. Bought it for making swiss steak, and it does a great job.

Somehow got stuck in the locked position, so we broke it and now it works nicely. Just doesn't lock.

Works great, like the 72 -Sharp,saves time. I use it for tougher cuts of meat from big game hunting. Cleans up nicely ( immediately after use ) with hot water and dish soap then spray it off with hot water.

I have used it a few times now. It works great first and foremost.It has a lock feature by twisting the top a bit so you can't press it on yourself I guess. Well nice as the safety feature is, it actually becomes a pain in the butt after a while because you do not tenderize a slab of meat slowly you pound away or you will be there all day. While doing so, it has a tendency to lock preventing you to press.Hopefully one day they move the locking feature to the side with a button or somewhere simple. Lots of ways to lock it. button. pin, bottom cover or anything.

Does what is supposed to do. No complaints.

perfect, nice and enough blade for tenderizer, first use give a improve in the steaks from same part.recommand for people like tender meat.

No it's blades are sharpe but very very difficult to use 😓
